What we collect

• Your name, email and phone number.
• Your bookings: dates, plants, notes and payments.
• Your home address, only if you ask for pick-up and return.
• Photos of your plants, taken at the nursery. Never inside your home.

We don't see or store your card. Stripe handles it.

Why

To run your booking, take payment, send you updates, and handle any problem.

Who sees it

• The nursery you book sees your name, phone, notes, plants and, for pick-up, your address. No other nursery does.
• Stripe processes payments. Our email provider sends your emails.
• We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes. If you delete your account, we remove your name, contact details and address from them.

Your choices

You can see your bookings any time, and delete your account from the Your account page. To ask what we hold about you, or to correct it, email us. We answer within 30 days.
